Unopened Packages
We will accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of the purchase
date. To process a return, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number by e-mailing our Customer Service department at returns@bondage.tv.
In your e-mail please include your original order number, the title
of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
We will e-mail you with an RMA number and return shipping instructions
within 24 hours of your request. Open packages and returns without
a RMA will not be accepted.
Defective Items
We will exchange any defective item for the same title within 30
days of purchase. To process an exchange, please obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mailing our Customer
Services department at returns@bondage.tv.
In your e-mail please include your original order number, the title
of the defective product and a description of the defect. We will
e-mail you an RMA number and return shipping instructions within
24 hours of your request. Once we have received and processed your
return we will ship your replacement item to you immediately. Exchanges
without a RMA will not be accepted.
Opened and non- Defective Items
Unfortunately we cannot accept opened or non-defective items for
returns or exchanges
